In the earliest moments of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team adopted a stringent cleaning protocol. All pieces of equipment and workspaces, to include the waiting area, are cleaned between every patient.  Furniture and equipment markers are in use to allow clients and staff to visually and quickly identify clean items before making contact. Our one-on-one treatment model, in place and well established prior to COVID, allows us to continue providing exceptional care with appropriate social distancing guidelines. It also allows us to minimize the number of clients in the clinic at one time, taking your safety in our clinic one step further.

Our COVID-19 protocols also include:

• Hand sanitizer stations throughout the clinic

• Masks required for all staff and clients

• Free masks provided at the front desk for those in need

• Temperature scans for each visit at check-in using a touchless thermometer

• Dividers between staff and clients at check-in area

• Full equipment wipe downs between patients

• Socially distanced waiting area

• Guests and family members kindly requested to wait outside or in vehicles
